Delicious Baked Chicken Recipe
Chicken recipes are always very tasty and when it comes it baked chicken recipe its even more delicious. Here is the one which I like most and my family and friends. I am sure enough that this baked chicken recipe, or even you can make it fried chicken recipe, you will eat to your hearts content.
To make this baked chicken recipe you need:
· 20 chicken wing drumettes
· 1/4 cup soy sauce
· 1/4 cup dry sherry
· 1 tablespoon garlic minced
· 2 teaspoons grated ginger
· 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
· 1 onion-chopped
· 1 tablespoon sesame oil
· paprika to taste
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients except chicken and paprika. Then after mixing the ingredients marinate chicken in the mixture for about 1 hour.
Then take a microwave heat proof tray and grease it well. Then arrange the chicken in a layer; sprinkle liberally with paprika. Bake at 375°F till 40 minutes or until wings are browned and tender. To make it fried chicken recipe you just have to deep fry it instead of baking it. For frying it just take 2 egg and then beaten the eggs well, dip the chicken in the batter and then sprinkle some bread crumb over it and then deep fry it. Your fried chicken is also ready.

Note the Ingredients that are needed:
For the stuffed chicken breast:
1 chicken breast, bashed out flat
1 slice ham
5 pieces of mushrooms (canned one preferable)
1 garlic clove, peeled
50g/2oz cheddar, grated
handful fresh mixed herbs
To deg laze the chicken:
1 glass white wine
1 tsp turmeric
25g/1oz fresh flat leaf parsley
How To Cook
Preheat a non stick pan.
Then churn the ham, mushrooms, garlic and herbs in a mixer. This mixture is for stuffing the chicken.
Spread the stuffing onto the flattened breast. Top with cheese.
Roll the chicken up and secure with cocktail sticks.
Place in the non- stick pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the non- stick and put it in the oven.
While the chicken is in the oven, deglaze the non- stick pan by pouring in the white wine.
Add the herbs and turmeric to the pan and stir.
Remove the chicken from the oven after 3-5 minutes. Take out the cocktail sticks.
Place the chicken on a plate and pour over the white wine glaze
